There is a $200.00 Non Refundable Cleaning Fee to Move in. We are not subsidized by Medicare or Medicaid.

• Light Housekeeping (Twice Per Month)
• Activities (Bingo, Wii, Pool Table, Exercise Class, Scenic Tours, Lunch in Town and Fort Hall Casiono Trips)
• Bus Transportation (Grocery Stores, Banks, and Pharmacy's)
• Expanded Basic Cable TV ($30.00 Fee to move the cable jack)
• Emergency Call System / 24 Hour Security
• Check on Residents Daily
• Maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing, Etc.)
• Water, Sewer, Garbage and Cable TV
• All Common Area Utilities (Laundry facilities, Exercise room, Library, and Beauty Salon (Beautician Charges a fee) At No Extra Cost

Optional:

• Dinner Meal: $175.00 Per Month or 6.50 a Day.
• Lunch Meal: $70.00 per month or $4.25 per meal paid on a daily basis.
• Carport: $16.00 per month.

Electricity and telephone utilities not included.
